Rancho Santa Fe, a lovely census-designated area, is a mostly residential area located in San Diego, California. Rancho Santa Fe was developed in In the early 1900s when the Santa Fe Land Improvement company was developed, leading to the building of a dam and a plan to lay out roads and properties. It currently has a total area of 7.8 square miles and a popular of just over 3,000 people.

And there are plenty of opportunities for the community to come together: A weekly farmers market every Sunday provides fresh produce, delicious prepared food, local music and a craft booth for kids. An annual 4th of July Parade & Picnic is full of activities. The local library is two blocks from the Village center and features monthly events.

The Rancho Santa Fe Plaza is designated for shopping and eating at wonderful restaurants. Trees line the open courtyard of the plaza.
