Hillcrest

The Pride of San Diego

Snuggled in the Western region of the city of San Diego and right next door to Balboa Park is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the area. The suburb of Hillcrest was settled in the 1920s mainly by the bankers and bureaucrats who could afford to build their mansions on this affluent mesa. Surrounding the area are the neighborhoods of Mission Hills, Midtown, University Heights, and North Park.

At present, homes for sale in Hillcrest are some of the most charming you'll find, not to mention that residences here are merely a short distance from curious shops and delightful cafés.
